Ministry Fair 2026

Have you heard that there is a new ministry team, Invite Welcome Connect? They will be hosting the 2026 Ministry Fair! With renovations to our beloved organ and sanctuary, it is time to begin our 2026–2027 ministry plans!

The annual Ministry Fair will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Hunter Hall, directly following the Eucharist. Each ministry team will be given a unique spot to provide its materials. There is a specific flow that we will be following this year, with members of IWC encouraging new members and others to visit each ministry!

In the past, ministry chairs either brought samples of their materials or created a tri-fold poster. Either is fine, but please note that space is limited.

The talented IWC members have developed an Engagement Exercise in which each visitor will be given a sheet to take to each ministry. The ministry leader will initial the sheet to show that you listened to their information and, hopefully, signed up to help! After all sheets have been placed in the basket on the New Member Table, two gift certificates will be awarded: one for the most ministries visited and one for the most ministries signed up for! Yes, we have added adventure to this year’s fair!

The drop-off time for materials is between 9:15 and 10:25 a.m. Each ministry is expected to be set up prior to the beginning of church. As the time gets closer, we will send an email to each ministry team with reminders.

Congregational Life will provide refreshments for this wonderful kickoff! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s plans!
