Building a Better Community: SJ@SJ and SAGA will co-host a community forum on Wednesday, October 28, at 5:30 PM in Hunter Hall. Social agencies and community leaders have been invited to participate.
Vestry Study: The Vestry is studying Signs of Life: Nurturing Spiritual Growth in Your Church by Jay Sidebotham.
Invite-Welcome-Connect (IWC): The initiative has begun at St. John’s.
Renovations: Renovation of the nave and chapel begins in September.
Community Need: CICADA Center
St. John’s is collecting donations for the CICADA Center. Needed items include feminine hygiene products, prenatal vitamins, Pampers, formula, baby food, and baby and children’s clothing. Donations may be dropped off in Hunter Hall. Please contact the church office for more information.

Backpack Peanut Butter Drive
Peanut butter is the primary source of protein in the church’s backpack ministry. Please consider donating 16-ounce jars of peanut butter. Donations may be delivered to Mathes Hall.
