Ministry Fair 2025

As a kickoff to the new ministry year, Congregational Life will host the annual Ministry Fair on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Hunter Hall, immediately following the Eucharist. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the many ways to get involved in the life of our parish and to celebrate the work of our ministry teams.

Tables will be set up that morning, and each ministry team will be assigned a designated spot to display their materials. To help with flow and organization, ministry chairs are asked to place their materials only in the assigned location. In previous years, teams have brought either sample materials or tri-fold posters. Both are welcome again this year.

This year, each ministry is also asked to provide a brief written description of their work. These descriptions will be especially helpful for welcoming new members and explaining the purpose of each ministry. Sign-up sheets will be provided for every table so parishioners can express interest and get connected.

Materials should be dropped off between 9:15 and 10:25 a.m., and all displays must be fully set up before the service begins. As the date approaches, reminder emails will be sent to each ministry team with final instructions.

Congregational Life will provide refreshments, and we’re looking forward to a joyful and energizing start to the year. We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity and commitment on display as we come together to celebrate and grow our shared ministry.
