BraveHeart Carnival

BraveHeart is a collaboration between St. John’s Outreach and Kanawha United Presbyterian Church. Our mission is to provide social activities for young adults with cognitive challenges. We had so many fun events at our carnival on May 29! Face painting, temporary tattoos, dunking booth, cotton candy, corn hole, ring toss, puppet show, cake walk. The Charleston Fire Department and the Charleston Police Department were there to mingle with our guests. We even had a dunking booth challenge – Sergeant Redden from the CPD dunked Lieutenant Jacob Daniel from the CFD! BraveHeart’s next activity will be a bowling night in August.
