Race to End Racism

The 10th Annual Race to End Racism is dedicated to promoting unity and social justice. This community-driven event features a 5K run and a 1-mile walk, offering participants of all ages and abilities the opportunity to take a stand against racism while fostering awareness and inclusion.

The race will take place on Saturday, April 25, at 9:00 a.m. at Haddad Riverfront Park. To sign up to run or walk, visit https://runsignup.com/Race/WV/Charleston/RacetoEndRacism.

If you have any questions, please email tgalloway@ywcacharleston.org or call the YWCA at 304-340-3594.

While St. John’s will not have a team this year, we are encouraged to participate and show our support. We will gather for a group photo at 8:45 a.m. in front of the colorful sculpture at the corner of Kanawha Boulevard and Court Street.

If you cannot walk or run, come out for the photo and cheer us on!
