From the Archives: Chapel Altar

The beautiful chapel altar is recognized and admired, especially by those who attend our mid-week service of Holy Eucharist and those who attend Taizé.   The altar was dedicated by The Samaritans to the memory of Albert Neilson Slayton, D.D.  (1875-1930) who served as Rector of St. John’s from 1918-1924.
