A Peek at Peterkin

Seeds of Faith Camp: June 29 - July 2

Seeds of Faith Camp (formerly Alpha Camp) still has space available!

Seeds of Faith Camp is designed for the youngest among us and their grownups (whether a parent, guardian, grandparent, etc.)  Seeds of Faith is a great introduction to summer camp and campers will experience classic camp activities like campfires, swimming, arts & crafts, and more.

Appropriate for children 12 and under, Seeds of Faith utilizes Godly Play, a Montessori-based faith formation curriculum, to teach the stories of faith to little ones. Adults grow during their own faith formation time, including opportunities to understand how little ones grow spirituality, and provide tools and strategies to nurture their little one’s spirituality.

This year, all registration fees for Seeds of Faith Campers are covered by the Nurturing Faith grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc

As part of this re-design, attendees will sign a Covenant Agreement assuring active participation in future events at their geographically closest regional hub. This initiative also includes the development of The Little Liturgical Library (think Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, but churchy).

Families can register here. For more information about camp or the Seeds of Faith Initiative, contact Melissa Cowden, Dean of Seeds of Faith.
